Polton Panther Partners Gift Card Drive 2025
At Altitude, we model, practice, and encourage RISE expectations from our students, staff, and community. The "S" in RISE stands for Service. This holiday season, we are once again showing service by supporting families in our CCSD community.
This year, our partnership will look a little different. Instead of collecting toys or gifts, we will be collecting gift cards. This allows families the freedom to choose what they need—whether it’s groceries, warm clothes, or gifts for their children.
If you’d like to help, we’re asking for gift cards in $25 increments. If you prefer to give items, we are also in need of winter essentials and everyday basics like jackets, sweatshirts/pants, socks, hats, and gloves help us support students and families all year long.
In order to give families enough time to get what they need, we will have a deadline of December 3rd, 2025 to receive all gift cards and other items.
